Enhanced collaboration and interaction between students and the instructor can be achieved through the **user group** subsystem. Such a group consists of registered participants in the course who have access to a shared discussion area, common documents, and collaborative group assignments. Should the course instructor have created multiple user groups, selecting a group's name will allow you to view:
