===== E-Course =====
The** e-Course** is the central core of the open eClass platform. Each course is an autonomous entity in the platform, which integrates a series of modules. The e-Course is, in fact, an articulate structure, which is organized and manipulated by the instructor in charge, based on the existing material and the eLearning model that will be followed (it can be a simple informational webpage, or even a fully dynamic educational environment).

The e-learning course includes a number of tools and modules managed by the teacher. Among others are the various modules (Announcements, documents, exercises, assignments) and various tools such as course statistics, users, user access to the course. Also on the main page of the course a number of buttons provide the teacher with a number of possibilities such as:
 
  * Number of registered users in the course
  * Course statistics
  * Course citation
  * Enable - Disable course notifications via e-mail
  * Display course access type (Open, Open with registration, Closed)
  * Course settings

Particularly important of the above mentioned functions is the Enable - Disable course notifications via e-mail. By pressing the corresponding button you have the possibility to activate or deactivate this function.

Also another important function of the above mentioned is the statistics of the course. Here the instructor is given the opportunity to view a number of statistics related to the specific course e.g. The total visits of the course, the number of views, the duration.

Another feature available in the course teacher is the display of the registered users in the course. To view the users registered in the course simply click on the corresponding icon as shown in the image below.

Also, if you need to make a course citation in relation to your course, all you have to do is copy the link that comes from clicking on the corresponding icon and paste it into the document you wish to reference.

If you want to see the type of the course just drag your mouse cursor over the corresponding icon and you will get the corresponding information as shown in the image below.

If you wish to make some changes - settings in your course you should select the icon with the "tool". In the displayed form you have a number of settings for the specific course which you can modify-change.
