When you log in to the platform (enter your username and password) you will be in your portfolio, a space that allows you to organise and control your participation in the platform's online courses.

Student Portfolio

In the left column, you have a number of options available to you regarding course registration, the configuration of your profile, your personal course calendar, announcements, etc., which are presented in detail below.

In the main column, you will find a list of the courses you are enrolled in. To the right of each course is the option to “Unsubscribe” so that you can unregister from it.

Student “My courses”

This area displays all the courses in which you are enrolled. Each course consists of the course title, followed in the next line by the instructors of the course. Clicking on a course title from the list will take you into the online course.

This area displays the latest announcements in the courses the user is enrolled in. These announcements are sorted by course and by date. Each announcement is a link to the announcement tool of the corresponding course and is limited to 150 characters. If an announcement is longer than 150 characters then a “…[More]” is added. This means that to see the whole announcement you have to go to the announcement tool of the corresponding course.

In this area the events from the calendars of the courses in which the user is enrolled are grouped together. These events are sorted by the date they took place. The maximum number of dates that can be listed in the calendar is five, but this does not mean that they are consecutive dates. On each date there may be events from different courses.

Student “My calendar”

The events in the calendar start with the course title with the time and duration immediately adjacent. The next line shows the title of the event. This is followed, on the next line, by the text describing the event as defined by the course instructor. The content is limited to 150 characters. If the description of an event is longer than 150 characters then a “…[More]” is added. This means that to see the full description of the event we have to go to the Calendar tool of the corresponding course. Events whose date has passed are no longer listed in the Calendar. Each event in the Calendar is a link to the agenda tool of the corresponding course.

Displays the latest messages from the courses the user is enrolled in.
