My e-portfolio
“My e-Portfolio” provides an integrated digital environment for managing and presenting your educational and professional identity. This feature allows you to systematically record your achievements, organize your skills, and selectively share them with users inside or outside the platform. To edit your “e-portfolio”, simply select the “My e-Portfolio” link from the drop-down menu on the home screen.
This option takes you to the main management environment of your e-portfolio, which is structured into distinct data entry sections. The initial configuration phase requires filling in the basic information categories using the platform's respective forms. You are prompted to enter your Personal Info, Education and Work data, as well as any Awards or Achievements you have earned. At the same time, specific fields are provided to record your Goals and Skills, and to update your Contact Details. To finalize and save all the above data into the system, simply click the “Submit” link.
To ensure a comprehensive representation of your qualifications, the system integrates specialized fields to record your Research Profiles, Language Proficiency, and Social and Volunteer Activities. In the Research Profiles section, you can enter digital identifiers, links, and data from international research platforms and databases to showcase your scientific and authorial work. In the Language Proficiency field, you can accurately record foreign languages and their respective certification levels according to international standards. Additionally, the Social and Volunteer Activities section allows you to document your participation in humanitarian, environmental, or social initiatives, enhancing the profile of your soft skills.
Below are a number of functions that you will need to complete. In particular you will need to complete the:
- Your personal details
- Education and employment
- Education and training
- Achievements - Skills
- Contact details
The collection of resources involves integrating into your e-portfolio an assignment you have submitted and been graded on, which you consider important, as well as a series of your posts from the “Blog” subsystem. To add an assignment to your e-portfolio, you must navigate to the specific course containing the assignment, select it, and then click the “Add to e-Portfolio” link.
A similar process can be followed for “Blog” posts. Navigate to the course “Blog”, select your post, and click “Add to e-Portfolio”.
