+Within this specific subsystem, document uploading is strictly permitted only for Instructors and System Administrators. All other users are restricted to the ability to download "visible" documents (those documents which the Instructor has authorized for display to them). Each row in the document table provides specific information about the corresponding document. Specifically, it includes: an icon indicating the document type (corresponding to the file's MIME type), the filename title, a key icon which indicates that the document is protected by copyright laws, comments regarding the document, a possible indicator if the document is recent, the document size, and the date the document was uploaded.
